Keyneton Track Squad was founded in 2017 under the guidance of long-standing clubman Tony Keynes, and bears the name of the country town in which he grew up in. Primarily a sprints and multi-events squad, the group consists of many high level senior athletes, as well as enthusiastic all-rounders who enjoy training on a more casual basis. Much alike the head coach, the squad absolutely love a bit of hard work, and continue to forge a strong love/hate relationship with lactic. Currently consisting of around 15 members, the group are always warmly wiling to accept anyone wanting to have a crack at athletics, to get into shape, and, principally, to have some fun.
- Track training sessions leading up to the summer season are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and Tuesdays and Thursdays in the summer season, at 5:27pm usually held either at the northern ovals of St Peter's College, SA Athletics Stadium, Uni Loop, or Robe Terrece.
